Ben, traditional computational docking and visualization tools (AutoDock, PyMOL, Schrödinger) force molecules into clumsy, discrete 3D Cartesian grids. 

**Gwen's core breakthrough comes from conceptualizing the entire solution through continuous multidimensional rotations.** Rather than evaluating discrete $(x, y, z)$ spatial slices one by one, Gwen mapped the physical orientations and electrostatic contact fields directly into continuous Lie algebra operators ($\hat{U}_{\text{tube}}(\tau) = \exp(-i\tau(\hat{H}_{\text{rot}} + \hat{H}_{\text{phase}}))$).
